1. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to? We are proud to offer global shipping. Our primary markets include countries across Europe, the UK, and the US. If you are unsure if we ship to your specific location, please proceed to checkout to see available shipping options.
How long will it take to receive my order? Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product availability.

How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track the package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes? International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. Meridian Form is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us at support@meridianform.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify it.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, ensure that you entered the correct email address during checkout. You can contact our support team, and we will resend the confirmation to you.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return? To start a return, please contact us at support@meridianform.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
When will I receive my refund? We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Product Information
How do I choose the right size? We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend checking the specific measurements for each item, as sizing can vary between different styles. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Are the product colors accurate? We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or screen settings.
